Welcome to the Repattern

Exit the habit loop - and enter a world where change feels like luxury, not deprivation.

We all have something we can’t get enough of. Some of us work all hours. Some of us gossip. Some of us reach for stronger stuff.

Same mechanism: a fast route to relief.

  • the downshift when you’re stressed

  • to get time to yourself

  • to feel an instant rush… and the subsequent release

  • to have something to rely on when everything feels like too much

What’s been hardwired can be repatterned. You can shift your programming.

This isn’t about giving up. It’s about reclaiming yourself.

It’s about getting addicted to the up-spiral instead. Becoming a devotee of joy. Rewiring yourself for elation.

Apply via a short Google Form below. If it’s a fit, I’ll email you with next steps.

Break the trigger → behaviour → reward cycle.

The Repattern is bespoke support that engages your subconscious - so it does the heavy lifting for you. No fighting yourself. No forcing. No “see, this always happens” story.

This is first-class relief - spacious, regulated, and grounded in nervous system work. This is sacred reclamation: when you release what’s dimming your light, you become the woman you’re here to become.

This is for the woman who…

  • is capable, discerning, and trusted by everybody

  • leads, holds, and supports others - and is done outsourcing her own peace

  • has “tried everything” and refuses to keep living in the rinse-and-repeat cycle

  • doesn’t want another plan built on willpower, deprivation, and starting over

  • wants to experience first-class relief - self-led, regulated, spacious, and bespoke.

You don’t need more discipline.
You need a new pathway, without the habit.

Different habit. Same loop.

This program is for patterns like:

  • scrolling / phone numb-out

  • wine-at-night / “taking the edge off”

  • overworking / overgiving

  • compulsive spending

  • procrastination + perfectionism spirals

  • situationships / chasing / checking / spiraling

  • food and body loops (restriction, bingeing, compensating, obsessive tracking)

  • compulsive exercise

  • reassurance-seeking, checking, rumination loops

(For giving up cigarettes check out The Cigarette Breakup)

The point isn’t the habit.

It’s what the habit is promising.

You’re not addicted to the thing.

You’re attached to what it promises.

Most approaches focus on tactics and restraint.

This is not that.

If you remove the habit without replacing what it promises, your system goes into panic mode:

“I’m losing my crutch.”

“I’m losing my break.”

“I’m losing my boundary.”

“I’m losing my certainty.”

“I’m losing my way to cope.”

No wonder it feels hard.

In The Repattern, we’re Shame Slayers and Compassion Queens. We understand what the habit’s been trying to do for you - and we give you something better to reach for.

This is not that. This is energetic + subconscious repatterning: we change the association in your system so releasing the habit doesn’t feel like losing  - it feels like getting your power back.

Most approaches focus on tactics and restraint.

In Session 1

You’ll receive a tailored subconscious repatterning audio based on:

  • the life you desire on the other side

  • the woman you’re becoming

  • the moments you usually reach (after sessions, after conflict, driving, end of day, after food, before writing, etc.)

It’s designed to do the heavy lifting:

  • installing new beliefs

  • locking in a new identity and relief pathway - without you having to white‑knuckle cravings.

On the other side of The Repattern

Urges are discharged organically

You stop negotiating with yourself

You trust yourself again

You get your evenings / mornings / mind back

Relief becomes something you generate - not something you consume.

The Process

Session 1:  Identify + Recreate

We’ll:

  • identify what’s actually happening in your addictive loop (your specific triggers + payoffs)

  • get clear on what you want and the life you desire when you break the pattern

  • begin the subconscious shift to uproot the beliefs keeping the loop in place

The 3-week integration window: The Repattern

For the three weeks after Session 1 you’ll:

  • listen to your tailored subconscious repatterning audio

  • receive voice note support from me in the moments that matter

This is where the new baseline gets installed.

Session 2 (approx. 3 weeks later): The Lock In

We’ll:

  • integrate what’s changed

  • address any remaining “promise points” (the places the habit still seems to offer something)

  • reinforce the new identity and the new relief pathway so it sticks

What’s included

  • 2-3 private 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Session 2 scheduled ~3 weeks after Session 1

  • Tailored subconscious repatterning audio (tailored to your desired life on the other side)

  • Voice note support between sessions

  • A clear, compassionate protocol for your usual trigger moments

If you’ve “tried everything,” read this…

If you’ve done the plans, the apps, the promises, the accountability, the “this time I mean it,” the therapy insights you can explain perfectly… and the loop still wins in the moments that matter:

This is the piece most methods miss…They try to remove the habit without replacing what it promises.

So your system keeps reaching - not because you’re broken, but because it’s trying to protect you the fastest way it knows how.

In this program, we install alternatives.

Why trust me with this?

I’m not only speaking from theory, I’m speaking from lived experience.

I’ve recovered from anorexia, compulsive overexercise, and OCD. And after 11 years of trying to quit smoking, I finally stopped using the methods I share here. So I understand intimately how convincing the loop can feel - and why “just stop” is rarely the solution.

I’m also a psychotherapist with 20 years’ experience in mental health and addiction, trained in post‑trauma growth and organic nervous system regulation.

This is grounded, trauma‑safe work designed for real life: messy days, high-achieving brains, tender nervous systems, and patterns that have been “helping” for a long time

FAQs

Do I have to quit before we start?

No. We work with where you’re at right now. You don’t even need to be ready - you just need willingness.

What if (instet habit here) is the only thing that calms me down?

Then we discover a new way to downshift that doesn’t cost you your self-trust.

Is this therapy?

It’s a 1:1 coaching-style container informed by my psychotherapy background and nervous system training, focused specifically on repatterning addictive loops and the identity/belief pattern underneath it.
