I'm Chief Rewilding Officer, Intuition Emissary + Agency Activator at Fredereka.

My path began with a teenage near-death experience that opened me to the mystery of life and sparked a lifelong devotion to consciousness, healing, creative expression, and the adventure of being alive.

For years, I threw myself into my work as a mental health coach + psychotherapist, chasing professional development, until a series of health initiations led me to Medical Qigong and energy medicine — interrupting the old trajectory and reuniting me with my instincts, my innate divinity, and the wild faith I had forgotten was already inside me. And with that, my innate ability for animal communication + channelling returned too.

That led me out of the matrix and into my true calling: bringing vision to form as a healer, entrepreneur, and guide for others ready to embody their Living Yes.

Fredereka grew from a lifelong question… what happens when we stop treating healing, creativity, intuition, and the natural world as separate things?
My own diagnosis with fibroids and adenomyosis deepened that question, and led me into a 100 Day Healing Experiment that reshaped the way I work, create, and live. This is the book that grew from it.
