Inner Smile Meditation
Enter the portal to your radiant awakening.
The Inner Smile is an ancient Daoist meditation, a practice of turning the warmth of a light-hearted smile inward – to illuminate your organs, your bones and all the cells of your body, so that you feel lit up by life from the inside out.
It sounds simple. It is. And once you feel the transformation, there’s no going back.
Come home to your radiance.
this work goes beyond self-help
The world is in crisis.
If you've found yourself here, you know it – and you're likely feeling it. In your own system. In how it affects your sleep. In the ache behind your sternum.
You know the usual answers aren't working anymore. If what we've been doing – individually and collectively – was going to work, it would have worked by now.
screw the status quo.
it's time to re-write the playbook.
those of us who are called to make a difference – for our communities and the earth herself – can only do that sustainably if we are also, genuinely, cared for.
This work activates your own healing nature so are present, clear and alive to what matters.

Work With Me
This isn’t about thinking your way through…
You might understand yourself pretty well and still find lasting change elusive.
That’s where working with the physical, the emotional, and the energetic comes in. This work reaches the parts logic can’t reach – so that shadow turns to light, knowledge transmutes into knowing, and you feel more like your clear, creative, energised self.
What starts to change through this work…
You return to the wisdom of the soft animal of your body
You have the energy for the things that matter to you
Your creative juices flow again – without force.
You feel more like yourself in a way that just keeps deepening
You find yourself laughing more, even in the moments that used to feel sticky.
After 20 years in the mental health sector, I trained as a psychotherapist. Over time, however, I became frustrated by the limitations of working with the mind alone. I found myself drawn toward approaches that included the body, creativity, and the entire energetic field.
This led me to expand my practice to include the internal arts and Chinese Medical Qi Gong healing.
My work is grounded in the understanding that lasting transformation happens not only through insight, but through creating the conditions for the whole system to shift organically at it’s own pace.
My sessions offer space for deep restoration, emotional mobility, reconnection, and sustainable change – combining therapeutic insight with embodied healing practices that leave you feeling more alive, more resourced, and ready for to the life that wants to emerge through you.
