I'm Chief Rewilding Officer at Fredereka Unlimited.

This is the home to Creativity First living, where I teach you to weave your magic in the world, unhindered by scary stories, unruled by fear and led by ALIVENESS.

For years, I threw myself into my work as a mental health coach and psychotherapist, chasing certificates, credentials and permission slips. Then a series of health initiations interrupted all of that and led me to medical qigong and the creative arts and a deeper remembering of my instincts, my innate divinity, and the wild faith that had been inside me since childhood.

Now, Fredereka Unlimited is the home to the Creativity First community where we decode scary stories, stop waiting for permission from anyone other than ourselves, and take brave sovereign steps toward the life that is calling us.
