I’m a Reclamation Coach and I partner with vision-led women who are ready to exit the martyr matrix and stop abandoning themselves to work that “makes a difference”… but actually leaves them feeling drained.

We strip back what’s misaligned and reorientate around what actually lights you up so that your mission is no longer a side note, instead it becomes the way you live, lead, and work.

I’m also a trauma-safe, qualified psychotherapist, writer, and educator - and I bring that depth to everything I do.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about coming home to yourself - and choosing yourself and your mission all the way to infinity.
