Classes and Workshops
Through flowing movement, we regulate qi (energy) and cultivate aliveness from within – so that your body softens, your creativity flows, and you remember how good it truly is to be you, alive in your beloved body.
Qi Gong is a form of movement meditation rooted in ancient energetic arts, practiced for health &healing, longevity, and connecting to a sense of inner harmony.
These classes are an opportunity to move in community, breathe, laugh, and celebrate your beloved being.
Come as you are, beginners welcome.
Join us in Dane Park on Thursdays for a Hula Hoop Jam from 12:00 - 12:30, and Qi Gong from 12:30 to 13:00. Come for one or both.
Bring some food if you’d like to have lunch together at 13:00.

Shake it loose is a playful movement workshop to release what’s holding you back…
If you’ve been feeling tense, flat, or disconnected from your spark, this workshop with just 6 spaces is a chance to move, breathe, and play in a safe and cozy space where you can let loose and remember the magic that you are.
Through a blend of physical and creative exercises, you’ll shake off stuckness, take a break from everyday distractions, and reconnect with your body in a way that helps you come home to yourself.
Absolute beginners welcome – the point isn’t to be good, the point is to play.
