What Is Distant Energy Healing for Pets?
The first thing people usually want to know about distant energy healing for animals actually is:
How can you possibly work with my animal if you're not in the same room?
Fair question.
Energy healing works with the animal's energetic system rather than through physical touch, which means the work doesn't require us to be physically together.
Energy knows no bounds :)
Your pet stays at home. I work remotely.
No travelling. No strange treatment room. No requirement for your cat to cooperate with an appointment when she has considerably more important business to attend to under the sofa.
Why work at a distance?
Distance work can be particularly lovely for animals because it asks virtually nothing of them.
I've worked energetically with cats, dogs, hamsters and mice, supporting animals through experiences including travel, vet appointments, changes at home and periods of stress.
The animal can simply carry on doing their thing while I work.
How The Pet Project began
Animals have always been a HUGE part of my life, but the idea for The Pet Project really took shape because of my own two cats, Theo and Dusty.
Trips to the vet used to be an ordeal.
I couldn’t bear how distressed they’d get.
They hated the carriers. I hated putting them in the carriers. By the time we arrived, everyone involved was stressed.
As my training in Medical Qigong developed, I began learning more about the energetic systems of animals and started experimenting with using energy work to support my cats before stressful experiences.
The difference I observed fascinated me.
And it raised a bigger question:
If I could use this work to support my own animals, how might I use it to support other people's?
The Pet Project grew from there.
It's now the part of Fredereka devoted to distant energy healing for animals and their humans.
Because sometimes our animals need a little extra support.
And frankly, sometimes their humans do too.
