I'm Chief Rewilding Officer at Fredereka Unlimited.

I am here to teach you to weave your magic in the world, unhindered by scary stories, unruled by fear and led by ALIVENESS.

For years, I threw myself into my work as a mental health coach + psychotherapist, chasing certificates and permission slips, until a series of health initiations led me to medical qigong and energy medicine — interrupting the old trajectory and reuniting me with my instincts, my innate divinity, and the wild faith I had forgotten was already inside me. And with that, my innate ability for animal communication + channelling returned too.

Now, Fredereka Unlimited is where we stop waiting for permission, decode the scary stories, and take one brave sovereign step toward the life that is calling us.
