I teach small, weekly classes which are a beginner-friendly blend of hula hoop skills (tricks-based, not fitness hooping) and gentle yoga-based movement.
The focus is on playful, creative movement and helping people feel more at ease and confident in their bodies. Classes are relaxed and inclusive, and you don’t need any previous experience with hula hoop to join.
